Sub Directorate of Jatanras Polda Metro Arrested Coordinator of TPPO Selling Kidneys to Cambodia

Jakarta – Investigating officers of the Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya arrested one of the coordinators of the crime of trafficking in persons (TPPO) selling kidney organs to Cambodia. The perpetrator was picked up while hiding in the Kertajaya Apartment, Surabaya, East Java.

From the video that was received by Topikonline.co.id, last Friday (21/7), a number of investigators led directly by the Head of Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga were seen coming to the apartment. The perpetrator was then asked several things by the investigator regarding his identity and explanation regarding the arrest warrant.

“Here are our official papers. Here are arrest warrants. Is this his real name? Where was his date of birth?” said one of the investigators while showing the letter to the perpetrator.

AKBP Panji Yoga also asked a number of things related to the syndicate coordinated by the perpetrator. Including how the trip brought TIP victims to Cambodia.

“Where did you go to Cambodia? Vietnam?” asked AKBP Panji Yoga.

After being interrogated, investigators then escorted the perpetrator from the apartment. The perpetrator was then taken to Polda Metro Jaya by plane.

Previously, investigators had arrested 12 people in the TIP case selling kidney organs. Two of the 12 suspects are members of the National Police with the initials Aipda M, and an Immigration employee with the initials AH. Bembo
