Jakarta – Not wanting to be rash, the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat investigators will seek opinions from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) regarding the ice cream licking content conducted by the program Oklin Fia. “We will ask (information) from the Indonesian Ulema Council whether it falls into the category of acts or actions that lead to pornography,” Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Kombes Pol Komarudin told media crew at Monas, Central Jakarta, Thursday, (17/8).
Apart from the MUI, he continued, his party would also ask for information from experts. While related to ITE, his party will ask for information from Kominfo.
“Then also from the ITE we will ask for information from Kominfo experts and some other information we need,” continued Kombes Pol Komaruddin.

Oklin Fia was reported to the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat by the Executive Board of the Indonesian Muslim Student Union (PB SEMMI). The report has been registered with the number LP/B/2020/VIII/2023/SPKT POLRES METRO JAKPUS/POLDA METRO JAYA.
In its report, PB SEMMI reported Oklin Fia with Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).
“The prison has just moved into the position of a Crimesus investigator. So the process (investigation) is just starting,” Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, AKBP Hady Saputra, told reporters on Tuesday, (15/8).
