Jakarta – To maximize Kamtibmas services in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya, Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Karyoto will open a service hotline.
The opening of the hotline service aims to provide information on cases currently being handled by Polda Metro Jaya.
This information was conveyed by Kapolda Karyoto after collecting and giving directions to the ranks of investigators for the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya at the Metro Jaya Meeting Hall (BPMJ) Building, Thursday (11/5) yesterday afternoon.
“In an open and transparent manner, we will open up opportunities for all people who have had cases here. Those who still have complaints can be conveyed directly through the hotline service, “explained Inspector General of Police Karyoto to the media crew.
It said a hotline service to deal with complaints would be rolled out in the form of a WhatsApp number in the next day or two. This WhatsApp service can be used by the public to find out the extent of reported cases.
“Wait news. In 1-2 days we will launch it with a WA number (WhatsApp). One, not much. If there are many, we will bother filtering them.
