Jakarta – Panglima TNI JenderalTNI Agus Subiyanto accompanied Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to open the Vokasifest X Festival Merdeka Campus 2023, at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, Monday, (11/12).
In his remarks, President Jokowi said that currently preparing talent and aptitude for the future is becoming more concrete in the midst of very rapid world changes.
“Preparing future skills is really now much more concrete and the results were conveyed by the Minister earlier that our global talent and competitiveness index rose very high. This is a real result, a concrete result that we all applaud,” said the President.
Vokasifest x Festival Kampus Merdeka (FKM) is a celebration of collaboration to prepare the young generation as superior human resources. This year, Vokasifest x FKM has the theme “Talent Acceleration for a Golden Indonesia”.
The event, which will be held on 11-12 December 2023, will also include a series of workshops, talks, internship expos and vocational expos, as well as dissemination of the results of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program.
At the end of the opening of Vokasifest X, the Panglima TNI was also seen accompanying the President to inspect the red and white electric bus.
Also present at this event were Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy, Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, KSP Moeldoko and Kapolri Jenderal Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Bembo
