Jakarta – Alamak. I don’t know what it is. The suspect in the case of the local pornographic film ‘Kramat Tunggak’, Siskaeee, seems to have 9 lives and has the guts to challenge the Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Karyoto, to a ‘duel’ at the pre-trial hearing.
In fact, the pornographic film artist whose full name is Fransiska Candra Novita Sari was supposed to undergo questioning at Polda Metro Jaya as a suspect last Monday, (15/1). But he was absent. Instead of appearing at Polda Metro, Siskaeee was determined to gain prestige by filing a pre-trial hearing at the South Jakarta District Court with Kapolda Karyoto as the report because the agency he led made him a suspect.
Siskaeee does not accept this status. That’s why he dared to be absent for the second time from the summons for inspection.
“I had a lot to lose. After the news that I was named a suspect, there were several jobs that had to be canceled and withdrawn, because some clients didn’t want to take risks,” said Siskaeee.
He also admitted that his family was immediately shocked when they heard that the police had named him as a suspect. But fortunately he was able to explain what happened to them.
“Shocked. Why again? But I’ve tried to explain and calm them down so they don’t panic,” he said again.
Based on data in the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court, Siskaeee’s lawsuit is registered in case number 7/Pid.Pra/2024/PN JKT.SEL and the lawsuit was filed on January 15 2024.
The first hearing on this case will be held on Monday, January 22 2024.
Due to Siskaeee’s reckless and uncooperative attitude, the Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, has given an ultimatum to carry out forceful efforts to pick him up if he again fails to appear in police questioning.
“The rules of the game are clear. When the second summons does not comply with the investigator’s summons, then we will do so and issue a warrant to take him,” said Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak to journalists at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Tuesday, (16/1).
Investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, continued Kombes Pol Ade, have sent another summons to Siskaeee. The celebrity who claims to have slept with 216 men is scheduled to be questioned again this week.
“The suspect’s examination schedule is on Friday, January 19 2024, at 09.00 WIB in the examination room of the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya,” said Kombes Pol Ade.
As is known, Polda Metro Jaya has named 10 suspects in the case of producing the pornographic film ‘Kramat Tunggak’. They are Anisa Tasya Amelia alias Melly 3GP (ATA alias M), Virly Virginia (VV), Putri Lestari alias Jessica (PPL), NL alias Caca Novita (CN), Zafira Sun (ZS), Arella Bellus (ALP alias AB), MS, SNA, and Bima Prawira (BP).
The suspects were charged under Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. They are threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 10 years and/or a fine of up to Rp5 billion. Bembo
