Improving the Quality of Public Services, Bakamla RI Holds Public Consultation Forum

Bakamla RI held a Public Consultation Forum (FKP) with the theme "Improving the Quality of Bakamla RI Public Services" in a hybrid manner at the Ary Hasibuan Hall, Bakamla RI Headquarters, Tuesday, (21/11). The forum was held with the aim of improving the quality of Bakamla RI public services.

Jakarta – Bakamla RI held a Public Consultation Forum (FKP) with the theme “Improving the Quality of Bakamla RI Public Services” in a hybrid manner at the Ary Hasibuan Hall, Bakamla RI Headquarters, Tuesday, (21/11).

This forum was opened by the HR Analyst of the Indonesian Bakamla Intermediate Expert Apparatus, Kolonel Bakamla CH. Anam represents the Head of the Indonesian Bakamla Planning and Organization Bureau.

The aim of holding this forum is to gather ideas and opinions from all levels of the public regarding the policies of public service providers. Also to provide recommendations to each public service unit in Bakamla RI to improve service quality and innovate to optimize services to the community and maritime stakeholders.

Meanwhile, the focus of public services that will be evaluated in this forum is 3 of the 8 public services owned by Bakamla RI. These three services include maritime community development services, management services, collection and processing of public information through IMIC, as well as maritime safety assistance services.

Meanwhile, the other five public services are maritime security and safety contact center services, internship/PKL (Field Work Practical)/Work Study/Research services, maritime safety index data provision services, Indonesian Bakamla documentation and legal information network services, and Bakamla personnel health services R.I.

moderated by Dr. M. Arsyad AI Amin from the Bogor Agricultural Institute is Dr. Phil. Shiskha Prabawaningtyas from Paramadina University. The resource person for this forum presented a presentation entitled “Evaluation of the Implementation of Public Service Policies in the Indonesian Bakamla Environment”.

All of these presentations were presented to participants consisting of the Service Delivery Unit and Bakamla RI Policy Analysts, contact persons for domestic and foreign agencies, representatives of Bakamla RI service users, public service stakeholders, representatives from maritime community associations, experts/practitioners and representatives of the national mass media .

For your information, in Semester I of 2023, Bakamla RI has conducted a Public Service Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) with the title “Very Good” with an average score of 89.19. The SKM value is based on 9 questions surveyed, both physically and online, by users of Bakamla RI public services. Bembo
