Jakarta – A police officer, Aipda M, who is a suspect in the trafficking in persons (TPPO) syndicate for the sale of kidneys in Cambodia is being processed in connection with the TIP syndicate selling kidneys in Cambodia. Aipda M is considered to have violated the rules of the Police code of ethics and profession.
“Now it’s a clear crime, yes, a criminal threat. In addition, ethical sanctions because the suspect is a member of the National Police,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo to media crew, Friday, (21/7) yesterday.
He continued, apart from dealing with investigators regarding the criminal law process related to the TIP case, Aipda M was also processed by Propam Polda Metro Jaya for ethical sanctions.
“Of course the criminal steps are accompanied by a series of activities that will be carried out by Propam later, be it through a code of ethics, moreover by criminal law,” added the humble officer who oversees the zodiac sign Leo.
However, he was reluctant to detail the possible ethical sanctions that Aipda M would receive. The reason is that the ethical sanction decision will be brought up in a professional ethics trial.
“That’s through a mechanism, I can’t get ahead of it. Because of that there is a trial process mechanism, of course through the trial process mechanism first,” Kombes Pol Trunoyudo said.
