Tangerang – In commemoration of Polairud’s 78th anniversary, the Head of the National Police Maintenance and Security Agency (Kabarhakam) Komjen Pol M. Fadil Imran led a social service activity (baksos) cleaning and planting 2000 mangrove seedlings on Tanjung Pasir Beach, Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency , Saturday, (25/11) morning WIB.
Kapolres Tangerang Kota Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho was present to accompany Kabaharkam Komjen Pol Fadil Imran at the location.
In his speech, Kabarhakam Polri emphasized the importance of the national mangrove planting movement as an effort to preserve nature, especially mangroves.
“This movement is carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia,” he said at the activity location.
The three-star general also gave directions to Polairud officials to continue to encourage mangrove planting throughout Indonesia, in line with the President’s instructions.
“Maintain nature conservation, carry out mangrove planting on all Indonesian coasts,” he said.
This activity, he continued, is Polairud’s real effort as the guardian of the universe, responsible for keeping the beaches and oceans sustainable.
