Jakarta – The Precision Pioneer Patrol Program (3P) of the Samapta Directorate (Ditsamapta) of Polda Metro Jaya, which was formed at the end of 2021 as part of public services, has clearly proven successful in providing a sense of security to the community. The first time it was formed, this program was only dedicated to the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings. Because it is considered that the patent creates a safe and conducive security and social security situation. One of the latest results from the program was recorded from Thursday, (25/1) evening to Friday, (26/1) early morning. The operation of the 3P Ditsamapta Polda Metro Jaya team at that time succeeded in arresting a number of suspects with various kinds of evidence of violations of the law.
Two suspects, namely FD and DP, were arrested during a 3P team patrol on Jalan Mawar Merah, Pondok Kopi, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The two suspected of being synthetic tobacco drug dealers were arrested along with evidence of 16 packages of synthetic tobacco ready for distribution and three packs of plastic clips containing synthetic tobacco. For further legal proceedings, the two suspects were handed over by the 3P team to the Polres Metro Jakarta Timur.
Next were, four suspected drug dealers on list G who were arrested by the 3P team on Jalan Tanah Tinggi, Kampung Bali, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. The four suspects, namely SU, IZ, DA and IN, were detained along with evidence of 13 strips of the banned drug List G brand Tramadol. The four of them were taken by the 3P team to the Polsek Metro Tanah Abang to undergo further legal proceedings.
Apart from acting repressively as an option for law enforcement, the 3P Ditsamapta Polda Metro team also has the obligation to prioritize a humanist and persuasive attitude in their duties. And this obligation seems to be displayed very often in society.
For example, if a resident is seen riding a motorbike without a helmet on the highway, the 3P team quickly responds and approaches and stops the rider. After an inspection was carried out and nothing suspicious was found, preventive measures were taken with humanist advice to drivers to always wear a helmet when riding on the road.
Director of Samapta Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ahmad Zaenudin, in his statement to topikonline.co.id said, that the 3P Polda Metro Jaya team, which has a strength of 100 personnel and is divided into three teams, is required to always work sincerely and tirelessly. All of these things must be deeply understood in order to provide a sense of security to society.
“The 3P team never gets tired of continuing to carry out night patrols whatever the conditions. Our obligation is to always provide a sense of security to the community. The most important thing is our message to the community to always stay away from crimes that violate the law,” he said.
