Jakarta – Polda Metro Jaya has prepared 2,000 joint personnel to secure the fourth debate for Presidential Candidates and Vice Presidential Candidates (Capres-Cawapres) which will be held by the General Election Commission (KPU), Sunday, (21/1) evening. The debate will be held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Senayan, Jakarta.
“Polda Metro Jaya will prepare 2,000 joint personnel to carry out security for the fourth debate activity, which will be held on Sunday 21 January 2024,” said Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Friday, (19/1).
“The thousands of personnel are joint officers from the TNI-Polri and the DKI Provincial Government,” he added.
The Kabid Humas said, that his party also asked for help from the public so that the debate could run safely and orderly.
“We ask for support and cooperation from the community so that activities can take place safely and orderly,” he said.
For your information, the fourth debate event will be attended by three vice presidential candidates, namely Muhaimin Iskandar, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and Mahfud MD.
Meanwhile, the theme raised in the fourth debate was “Sustainable Development, Natural Resources, Environment, Energy, Food, Agrarian Affairs, Indigenous Peoples and Villages”. Bembo
