Jakarta – A total of 1,358 traffic violators have been fined by Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya officers during the three days of the 2023 Patuh Jaya Operation.
On the first day Monday, (10/7) there were 517 violation cases that were successfully obtained. Then the second day Tuesday, (11/7) there were 345 cases of violations. Meanwhile, on the third day, Wednesday, (12/7), 496 violation cases were found.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, in a written statement received by journalists, said that apart from taking action with fines, his party also gave a warning during Operation Patuh Jaya 2023.
“During the three days of the 2023 Patuh Jaya Operation, 7,320 violations have been given a warning. The details are 2,436 cases on the first day, 2,560 cases on the second day, and 2,324 cases on the third day,” he said, Thursday, (13/7).
He also said, for the most types of violations that were subject to fines for two-wheeled motorbikes, there were two types. First, there were 370 violations of not using a helmet and 373 against the current.
While the most violations for four-wheeled vehicles are three kinds. First, there were 420 violations involving not wearing a safety belt, followed by 29 violations involving driving over speed, and 22 violations involving using a cell phone while driving. Bembo
