Jakarta – The slippery stunt of the twins Rihana and Rihani avoided being chased by the police because a party leaked information about their arrest to them.
This was conveyed by the Director of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi to journalists, Tuesday (4/7).
He said again, his party had just received information on the whereabouts of Rihana and Rihani somewhere on Tuesday (4/7) early this morning.
“Then we also received information that the person concerned had already informed that an arrest would be made by the police,” he explained.
He said again, when moving to make an arrest his party also received a question why the policewomen were not included. The question was answered straightforwardly because the team had to move quickly before the two suspects fled again.
“This morning there were a number of questions, I have to answer this, why don’t you bring the policewomen and so on. We are faced with a situation where if an arrest is not made immediately, we will run away again,” Kombes Pol Hengki said.
“Because the mode concerned is renting an apartment through Airbnb, moving again, moving again, moving again, that’s why it’s hard to catch, it’s quite slippery,” he continued.
Faced with this situation, investigators finally chose to take discretionary action.
“One of the principles is the Sachlich principle of necessity,” he concluded.
