Jakarta – Chairman of the Hanura Party Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) sincerely prays that Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres) Wiranto be accepted into the National Mandate Party (PAN). OSO also said that Wiranto was no longer part of Hanura.
“Hopefully PAN accepts him (Wiranto),” said OSO when asked by the media crew at the KPU RI office, Jakarta, last Wednesday, (10/5).
He said he was very grateful if the former Ketum Hanura Wiranto could join PAN. The reason is, this will automatically stop unethical accusations of mutual accusations within the party.
“To be honest, I pray that he will be accepted by PAN, and I pray that he will soon. Why? So that there will be no more confusion, accusations, and all kinds of unethical attitudes and behavior,” he explained.
When asked about Wiranto’s plan to bring former Hanura cadres to join PAN, OSO only made firm insinuations.
“If you’ve been fired at Hanura, where do you want to sell it, well, it won’t sell well. If it sells, it’s also stupid for people to accept it,” said OSO.
Even so, he admits that it doesn’t matter if his former cadres join other parties.
“But for me it’s not a problem either, really. It will never disturb this solid Hanura. There are also many other parties that have joined Hanura. Some are from Nasdem, from PPP, some are from Gerindra, some are from PKB, some are also from Golkar, there is from PKPI. It’s just dynamic in the world of politics,” explained the charismatic Indonesian businessman and politician who had served as deputy chairman of the RI MPR for the 1999-2004 period and was re-elected as deputy chairman of the state high institution from the DPD-RI group for the 2014 period -2019’s.
