Jakarta – The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) Polda Metro Jakarta continues to develop investigations into cases of buying and selling firearms (senpi) illegally. If previously it was reported that two more perpetrators were caught in Sumedang and Garut, now the number has increased by two more to four perpetrators.
The perpetrator with the initials ANR who was arrested in Garut had a role in carrying out illegal gun transactions ordered by R, a recidivist buying and selling illegal guns. Then the perpetrator with the initials TRR who was arrested in Sumedang played the role of making or assembling illegal rifles.
Next, the initials of the names of the two perpetrators who were picked up in the Ngawi area, East Java, appeared again. They are the perpetrators with the initials W and LMP. Actor W acted as the buyer of the air gun for the LMP suspect. Actor W also received a box of 9mm live ammunition in 2018-2019.
“Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya continues to develop the investigation into this case.
