Jakarta – Kapolri Jenderal Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo admitted that the Polri’s performance achievements in 2023 are still far from perfect. Kapolri Listyo Sigit expressed an apology to the public for everything that was implemented that did not meet public expectations.
“The various performance achievements in 2023 are of course still far from perfection. Therefore, on behalf of the leadership of the Polri and the entire extended Police family, we sincerely apologize from the bottom of our hearts,” said Kapolri Listyo Sigit in a release at the end of 2023 at Gedung Rupatama Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Wednesday, (27/12).
Kapolri Listyo Sigit hopes that the public will continue to support the performance of the Polri. He also stated that his party would continue to work to make the Polri more precise in the following year.
“And we ask for continued prayers, support so that the Polri can really carry out our duties which are truly felt and fulfill the expectations of the community. In the future, we will of course continue to carry out our duties so that the Polri will be more precise,” he said.
Furthermore, Kapolri Listyo Sigit also hopes that the Polri will continue to be firm with perpetrators of crimes, be firm with members who are wrong, and be humane in serving the community.
