Jakarta – The case of the disappearance of shares belonging to psychiatrist Mintarsih Abdul Latief at Blue Bird, which was reported more than 5 months ago, or reported to be precise on August 2 2023, is currently only progressing slowly.

So the suspicion emerged that there was a collusion between investigators at Bareskrim Polri Headquarters, with the reported parties namely Purnomo Prawiro, Gunawan Surjo Wibowo, Sri Ayati Purnomo, Sri Adriyani Lestari, Adrianto Djokosoetono, Kresna Priawan, Bayu Priawan, Sigit Priawan and Indra Priawan.

The names of the reported parties were revealed directly by Mintarsih Abdul Latief, and in a journalist’s investigation, the value of Mintarsih’s ‘embezzled’ shares reached trillions of rupiah, which is certainly not a small amount.

In fact, from insider information, some of the reported parties have fled abroad to avoid being summoned for questioning by investigators. It was revealed that the person who had fled abroad had the initials PP.

Journalists have also tried more than once to contact the Head of the Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho, to ask about developments in the case of the disappearance of Mintarsih Abdul Latief’s shares in Blue Bird but have not received an answer, Wednesday, (10/1).

Meanwhile, Member of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Poengky Indarti, when asked for his response in analyzing this case, said that usually what the reporter complains about is the lack of information from investigators regarding the reporting party’s report.

“Including the SP2HP (Letter of Notification of Investigation Result Progress) not yet being sent, the reporting witness and other witnesses have not been questioned, so the process of handling the case is considered to be in limbo,” said Poengky to journalists in Jakarta, Tuesday, (9/1).

However, the Member of Kompolnas for these two periods, during his busy official activities in Bangka Belitung, directed anyone in the community who reported a case that was stalling, taking too long, or seemed to be ‘pinging pong’ here and there, they could also complain to Kompolnas.

“If there are complaints regarding the performance of members of the National Police, you are welcome to complain to the Internal Inspector of Police, namely the Irwasum, and to the External Supervisor of the Police, namely Kompolnas. Kompolnas will definitely follow up with a clarification process to the Irwasum regarding whether the complaint is true or not,” he said.

Apart from that, he added, “Indeed, if you look at the public’s complaints to Kompolnas, the majority are complaining about bad detective services. Therefore, regarding the case reported by Ms. Mintarsih, we are welcome to complain to Kompolnas so that we can follow up,” concluded Poengky.

Previously Dr. Mintarsih Abdul Latief as one of Blue Bird’s share owners reported the alleged embezzlement of shares. In this case, Mintarsih as the reporter in the case of share embezzlement at PT Blue Bird reported Purnomo Prawiro et al whose case is still ongoing at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

In the course of its history, according to Mintarsih, in 1971 there were 4 (four) families building Blue Bird taxis with a fleet of 100 which were growing rapidly and preventing the monopoly that the government had been thinking about could actually be broken.

“The alleged forced sale of shares started with the Teguh Budiawan family selling their shares in 1983, followed by the Jusuf Ilham family in 1991. Finally there were 2 families left, namely the Surjo Wibowo family and Djokosoetono’s mother’s family including Chandra, Mintarsih and Purnomo,” said Mintarsih to journalists in Jakarta.

Psychiatrist Mintarsih explained that Chandra and Purnomo then had a physical and property dispute against the remaining shareholders.

By Purnomo and Chandra, their application was dismissed as leaving the company, aka losing ownership.

“Even though there was never a signature on the release of Blue Bird shares, without any payment for the transfer of shares in Blue Bird, the assets were transferred to Purnomo and Chandra through a Notarial Deed, which was only revealed after 12 years,” explained Mintarsih.

Mintarsih’s report to Bareskrim Polri Headquarters was a struggle to obtain justice for the usurpation of Mintarsih’s rights at Blue Bird, which influenced the improvement of the business world so that it remained conducive.

“While waiting for the criminal process at the National Police Headquarters regarding the removal of my shares, Blue Bird, namely Andre and Bayu, issued a summons for the 2016 Supreme Court Decision which was not actually included in the Supreme Court decision,” said Mintarsih.

For your information, Mintarsih Abdul Latief in his report to Bareskrim Polri Headquarters numbered: LP/B/216/VIII/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI dated 2 August 2023, signed by Inspector Yudi Bintoro (Head of Report Reception Subdivision), with the report being Purnomo Prawiro et al.

“In the report, the reported persons at Bareskrim are Purnomo Prawiro, Gunawan Surjo Wibowo, Sri Ayati Purnomo, Sri Adriyani Lestari, Adrianto Djokosoetono, Kresna Priawan, Sigit Priawan, Bayu Priawan, Indra Priawan,” concluded Mintarsih. Bembo
