Jakarta – Developing the Mario Dandy Satriyo case, a suspect in the abuse of Cristalino David Ozora, Polda Metro Jaya will facilitate the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to examine Mario Dandy as a witness.
This anti-corruption agency will make Mario Dandy a witness to the alleged corruption of his father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, a former official at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) at the Ministry of Finance.
“Yes, it has been coordinated with the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum). We facilitated the presence of the witness during the KPK investigation process,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when contacted in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday, (22/5 ).
Currently Mario Dandy Satriyo has been detained at Polda Metro Jaya detention center since March, 6, 2023. Mario Dandy is locked up as a suspect in abuse.
Separately, the Head of the KPK Reporting Section, Ali Fikri, confirmed this information.
“It’s true, today at Polda Metro Jaya, the KPK investigation team has scheduled an examination of witness Mario Dandy Satriyo,” he said.
Mario will be questioned by investigators regarding the alleged receipt of gratuities and the crime of money laundering (TPPU) committed by Rafael Alun.
In addition, in a similar case, the KPK has also scheduled an examination of four other witnesses from the private sector, namely Oki Hendarsanti, Ujeng Arsatoko, Francis Xavier Wijayanto Nugroho and Jeffry Amsar. Bembo
