Jakarta – Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto checked the 2024 Internal Operations Provisions at the TNI Headquarters Plaza, Thursday, (11/1).
The implementation of Domestic Operation Provisions is carried out with the aim of ensuring the level of standardization, effectiveness and suitability of equipment to be used by TNI soldiers in carrying out domestic operational tasks. The equipment provided includes headgear, body cover, foot cover, attributes and rank insignia, field health equipment and other field equipment.
The Panglima TNI appeared to be paying close attention to the presentation and demonstration of various operational equipment, including medical equipment designed for domestic assignments. He also had the opportunity to dialogue with experts and related personnel to ensure optimal levels of readiness.
In his remarks after carrying out the inspection, the Panglima TNI emphasized the importance of improving the standardization and effectiveness of the equipment that will be used by soldiers in carrying out operational tasks.
“This equipment will be used by my soldiers in the operational field. So if the specifications are not good it will make things difficult. So we will immediately create an R&D Working Group to perfect the specifications,” said this four-star general.
Furthermore, the Panglima TNI also ordered that an R&D Working Group Team be created, where the Head of TNI Supplies (Kababek) as supervision would be attended by the Force Logistics Assistants and possibly continue to use the same vendors with the aim of making the quality even better.
