Sumedang – Pangdam III/Slw, Mayjen TNI Erwin Djatniko representing the Panglima TNI, Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto distributed 1,000 basic food packages aid from PT. Antam to the victims of the earthquake disaster in Sumedang, on Sunday, (14/1).
The Panglima TNI said, that this basic food assistance was a joint effort to support and help the earthquake victims in Sumedang.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to care about the difficult conditions faced by our brothers and sisters in the affected areas,” said the Panglima TNI.
“This distribution of basic necessities is a form of the TNI’s role in maintaining the sovereignty and safety of the country in collaboration with PT Antam as a company that has a high social commitment to people in need,” he continued.
By providing these basic necessities, the Panglima TNI hopes to provide immediate benefits and help restore the lives of the affected Sumedang people.
“I would like to thank all parties involved in this effort, and hope that the community will quickly recover and recover from the impact of this disaster,” said the Panglima TNI.
“I hope to provide moral support to the victims who are facing this difficult time,” he added.
The basic food packages handed over consisted of 5 kg of rice, 1 kg of granulated sugar, 2 liters of cooking oil and 5 packs of instant noodles. It is hoped that these various basic needs can help ease the burden on the lives of the victims. Bembo
