Merauke – Together with Puskesmas health workers, the Pamtas Yonif 726/Tml Task Force held a Posyandu in Erambu Village, Merauke, Papua, Sunday, (21/1).
In his written statement, Serda Wandi from the Yonif 726/Tml Pamtas Task Force said, that he and members of the Kaliwanggo Post carried out Posyandu activities for children under five.
This activity, which collaborates with health workers at the Community Health Center at Balai Kampung Erambu, aims to prevent stunting.
Midwives from the Puskesmas in their statement said, that the presence of Yonif 726/Tml Task Force personnel really helped the Puskesmas in implementing Posyandu. The reason is that the available health workers are still very limited.
