Jakarta – TNI Chief of General Staff (Kasum) Letjen TNI Bambang Ismawan, officially opened the 2023 TNI Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the TNI Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) at the Gatot Soebroto Hall, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, Thursday, (16/11 ) Yesterday.
The SPBE FGD activity led by the TNI General Planning Staff (Srenum) presented three resource persons. They are Ugi Cahyo Setiono from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Jusuf A, Simatupang from the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information, and RM. Ival Tirta Kusumah from BSSN RI.
The Kasum TNI in his speech said that in this forum he placed more emphasis on increasing the performance allowances for TNI soldiers. The reason is, explained the KasumTNI, that the soldier’s performance allowance is currently still in the range of 70 percent. And ironically, in several agencies that have only been established for a few years, the performance allowance figure has already reached 80 percent.
“So why are they higher than us? There must be something that is not right. One of them is the SPBE which has not been implemented optimally within the TNI. For this reason, now we will discuss together what the solution is,” said the three-star General who graduated from the Military Academy in 1988 A.
Furthermore, he also said that the current value of TNI bureaucratic reform is still at 72,372. Meanwhile, to increase to 80 percent of performance allowance receipts, it must be at 75.
“So it’s actually a little more. That’s why I’m always pursuing the Head of the RB Headquarters on how we can reach that figure, to improve the welfare of soldiers of course,” he explained.
“And we both know that the level of public trust in the TNI is very high, reaching 93. So what we receive in terms of performance allowances is inversely proportional. We have to find out where the weak points are,” continued the Klaten-born General who also served as Dankodiklat TNI This.
For your information, this SPBE FGD activity is a TNI bureaucratic reform program to build the TNI SPBE architecture. This is a follow-up to Presidential Decree Number 95 of 2018 concerning Implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems and Presidential Decree Number 132 of 2022 concerning National SPBE Architecture for 2020 – 2024.
