Jakarta – The Indonesian National Police has confirmed that special and secret number plates coded ‘RF’ in the style of officials are no longer valid as of October 2023. If anyone uses these number plates after October 2023, the number plates are indicated to be fake.
As a substitute, currently the National Police also have a new code for special number plates, namely ‘Z’.
“So the 10th month of 2023 will no longer use RF, QH, IR with head 1 in front of it. If there are 2024, 2025 it’s a false indication so let’s not play around,” said the Director of Registration and Identification (Dirregident) Korlantas Polri, Brigadier General Yusri Yunus in a press conference, Thursday, (22/6).
Brigadier General Yusri also said, that the National Police had also prepared a new code ‘Z’ as a replacement for ‘RF’ on special license plates. These special number plates will be used by Echelon 1, Echelon 2, Ministries and Institutions, as well as the TNI/Polri. The new code is prepared with the prefix 1.
“It’s still 1 (first number), if it’s a special number it doesn’t matter if I open it but if it’s a secret number it won’t. The police who used to be ‘RFP’ became ‘ZZP’, the Army ‘ZZD’, that’s all head 1, number 1,” clearly the one-star General that is shaded by this Sagittarius zodiac.
