Timika – Indonesian Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto handed over 79 service motorbikes for TNI-Polri soldiers to Kodim 1710/Mimika. The handover was carried out in a ceremony at the Makodim Ceremony Field 1710/Mimika Jl. Agimuga Mile 32, Kuala Kencana District, Mimika, Friday, (10/11).
The 79 units of official motorbikes handed over by Menhan Prabowo Subianto will be distributed to Babinsa, Babin Potmar, Babin Potdirga, Kogabwilhan III and Bhabinkamtibmas to support daily operational tasks.
And of this total number, 67 units are specifically intended for Babinsa Kodim 1710/Mimika personnel.
“Yes, we received 67 units of the 79 official vehicles handed over. These 67 vehicles will be used by our Babinsa for daily operations,” said Dandim 1710/Mimika, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Dedy Dwi Cahyadi.
Apart from handing over official motorbikes, on this occasion Menhan Prabowo also took the time to greet the soldiers and Persit KCK.
