Jakarta – The National Police Traffic Corps has officially changed the material for the driving license (SIM) practice test for motorbikes. There are 4 points of change, one of which is changing the zig-zag circuit model from the number 8 to the letter S.
Apart from changing the trajectory, the National Police Traffic Corps also officially launched a test book for SIM A and C material. This book was made with the aim of being able to study the public before taking the theory test.
“To improve services in the SIM theory exam, we from Korlantas launched SIM A and SIM C books. So friends who are going to take the exam now can download or make or read through hardware, in this case the SIM theory exam,” said Kakorlantas Polri Inspector General Pol Firman Santyabudi at the Daan Mogot SIM Satpas, West Jakarta, Friday (4/8) afternoon.
“In this book there are several kinds of questions that will be faced by the testees. So it will be very helpful,” he continued.
Through the launch of this material book, Kakorlantas also admitted that he really hopes that there will be no more people who complain about not having material for study. He also hopes that the B1 and B2 SIM exam materials will also be launched soon.
“So the key is for all participants who are going to apply for a driver’s license, please read it. Hopefully no one will say ‘we have never studied, sir, how do we want to pass the exam suddenly?’. Now we present the theory exam book for SIM A and SIM C. In the future, hopefully SIM B1 and B2 through the ebook can be seen in it, starting from traffic knowledge to sample questions,” explained Kakorlantas.
“Later on we will choose 65 questions from the questions (in the book) that will definitely be the same. That is, we want to convey this is our form of transparency that there is nothing secret in traffic.”
“Even colleagues from the whole community must know about what must be done, yes, this is from here in terms of the theory test,” he continued.
He also said that the driver’s license practice exam material, which was changed to the letter S, would also be implemented at the Polres ranks starting Monday (7/8). Apart from that, Korlantas Polri is also said to be planning a track design for practical material testing so that people can practice before taking the exam.
“Later on Monday, we hope that in two days each line up to the Polres level can apply the test as we saw this afternoon. So friends in the regions, friends in the regions can see directly at their respective Polres. each, is there a layout like this available,” he explained again.
“Therefore we encourage the unit later not only during exams the community can practice this, but at certain times we hope the community will train themselves.”

If there’s parking, whether it’s near a mall, whether it’s near a people’s park or whatever, you can practice there, yes, you can practice before exams.
