Jakarta – Slow and less responsive. These are words that are appropriate to be given to the Sudin Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota Jakarta Selatan. Why not? A letter requesting residents asking for help to have the tree topped has been waiting for almost a month without any news.
The application letter was sent by a resident named Japaya Jaya Sitorus. In his letter, Japaya asked for help from the Sudin Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota Jaksel to cut or top off the old Angsana tree on Jalan Ciputat Raya, North Kebayoran Lama, because it was very disturbing. Tree branches have interfered with power lines and are prone to danger. Moreover, it is now the rainy season.
“We sent the application letter on November 14. Now we have entered December and we still haven’t received a response. In fact, what we know is that the process of working on the application letter until it is responded to only takes 3 days,” said Japaya to topikonline.co.id, Wednesday, (6/12).
Kasudin Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota Jaksel, Elly Sugesty, when confirmed, admitted that she had given a disposition to the Head of the Kebayoran Lama Implementation Unit (Kasatpel) for immediate follow-up.
“We apologize for the delay in responding to the follow-up to the tree pruning. In Syaa Allah, the pruning request will be followed up tomorrow,” said Elly Sugesty via WhatsApp communication, Wednesday, (6/12). Bembo
