Jakarta – Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kombes Pol M Syahduddi, was present at the Inauguration event for the Polsek Cengkareng – Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Dai Kamtibmas Management for 2024 – 2029, Thursday, (11/1).
The event, which was held at the Royal Palm Hotel Cengkareng, West Jakarta, carried the theme “Building Synergy between Ulama and Umara to Maintain Community Harmony and Peace to Support Conducive Community Security and Order Ahead of the 2024 Election”.
In his speech, Kapolres Syahduddi reminded that currently society has entered the core phase of the 2024 democratic party.
“With this Inauguration of Dai Kamtibmas activities, it is hoped that we will together encourage the community to maintain unity and harmony between people. Moreover, now we have entered the core phase of the democratic party,” said Kapolres Syahduddi.
Apart from that, he continued, residents were also invited to maintain harmony even though they had different political choices.
“We cannot rely solely on the TNI and Polri to maintain security and public order. But this is our joint task to create a safe and conducive area,” he said again.
Furthermore, Kapolres Syahduddi also emphasized the importance of preventing and countering all forms of hate speech, hoaxes and slander.
He also highlighted the role of Dai Kamtibmas in working together with all stakeholders to educate, guide and lead the community to obey religious teachings and applicable laws.
“Diversity of political choices is the democratic right of every citizen. And this should not divide the unity and unity of society,” he said.
“For this reason, I invite all Dai Kamtibmas to work together to maintain harmony as an important key to facing the 2024 elections,” he continued.
In this activity, Kapolres Syahduddi, accompanied by Kapolsek Cengkareng Kompol Hasoloan Situmorang, also had the opportunity to give Dai Kamtibmas cards to the management of Dai Kamtibmas Polsek Cengkareng for the period 2024 – 2029. Bembo
