Bogor – The Polres Bogor received a number of public complaints in the ‘Friday Confide’ program. Responding to this, Kapolres Bogor AKBP Rio Wahyu Anggoro immediately ordered his staff to be responsive in handling public complaints.
“Yes, I said earlier if any of our members are less responsive to reports of public complaints, contact me immediately,” said AKBP Rio to journalists, after holding a Friday Confide, Friday, (25/8).
He continued, to build that responsive attitude he has also given his telephone number to the public. This was done in order to communicate intensively with the community.
“I will share telephone numbers to be able to communicate interactively to layers of society,” he said again.
He further said that he would not hesitate to reprimand the Kapolsek in his area who was unresponsive. Including when contacted by journalists to ask for confirmation regarding an incident.
“Definitely, I will definitely give a warning to these members,” he said.
As is well known, in today’s Friday Confide, the people of Mount Sindur complained about three things to the Kapolres Bogor. The complaint concerns unrest related to motorcycle gangs, damaged roads, and traffic jams due to truck activity. Bembo
