Jakarta – Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Karyoto reminded all of his staff about the importance of maintaining health. The reason is, without health, the main tasks will not be carried out.
This was conveyed by Kapolda Karyoto in his remarks at the opening of the “Precision Police Service Month” service in the context of the 77th Bhayangkara Day 2023 at the Metro Jaya Police Presisi Stadium, Monday, (12/6).
“To colleagues, to really start, realizing that there are things that are not right and wrong in your lifestyle, immediately fix them. Read the internet and find out everything is there. But we have to be wise. We don’t follow everything we have. If we don’t sure ask the experts, come to the doctor,” he explained.
The implementation of the “Precision Police Service Month” in order to welcome the 77th Bhayangkara Anniversary at Polda Metro Jaya is planned to also be held in various competitions and service activities. There are more than 20 branches that are contested.
Because of that, Kapolda Karyoto did not forget to also remind safety and security to prioritize during the competition.
“Please check the readiness of the participants before competing. Ensure the condition of all participants and the equipment that will be used during the competition,” he said.
He also hoped that the entire series of competitions would not interfere with ministry and each other’s main tasks.
“We make this series a momentum to provide benefits to the people of Jakarta,” Kapolda Karyoto said.
The two-star general who owns the Libra zodiac added, commemorating Bhayangkara’s anniversary is actually aimed at giving, owning, and internalizing a sense of pride with the organization they have. Of course this pride is not only with achievements outside the main task.
“I said that to remember, instill love and pride, there needs to be tradition and we know that in the digital world 4.0, the world of social media, the media world is more influential.” said the senior officer who graduated from the Dhira Brata Battalion from the 1990 Police Academy.
