Jakarta – Polda Metro Jaya will hold another street race event or street race. This racing event will be held on Jalan Benyamin Sueb, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
According to Latif Usman, Jalan Benyamin Sueb was chosen because it was considered suitable for street racing events. The road construction is strong and straight and the area is sufficient to accommodate racers and spectators.
“The plan is to hold it on June 1, 2023,” said Polda Metro Jaya Dirlantas, Kombes Pol Latif Usman, quoted from the NTMC Polri website, Monday, (29/5).
The concept of the Kemayoran street race this year, said Latif Usman, is still the same as the previous event. The concept is also the same as the street races in Ancol, BSD and Meikarta.
As additional information, to participate in this street race, participants can register online through the REKOR application. In addition, participants must also meet the requirements listed below:
– Must wear full face helmet
– Must wear at least a jacket and trousers made of thick jeans or racing overalls
– Mandatory use of gloves
– Must wear shoes
– Must ensure the brakes function properly
– Participants who are underage must attach a statement from their parents
