Jakarta – Information is circulating that it will be held in Jakarta ASEAN Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) meeting. This exciting information is quite surprising even though the truth is not yet known. Therefore, the officers of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (Ditintelkam) Polda Metro Jaya are currently investigating and finding out the truth.
“Yes, we are currently finding out if this is true or not,” said Dirintelkam Polda Metra Jaya, Kombes Pol Hirbak Wahyu Setiawan in a written statement as reported by Antara, Tuesday, (11/7).
He continued, Polda Metro Jaya had checked the schedule and agenda of events at a number of locations, such as hotels and meeting halls in the capital city. But none of the hotels or buildings were booked for this meeting.
“We have checked the (schedule) at the hotel and there is none, all the events at the hotel are also absent, there are no other places,” Kombes Pol Hirbak said.
Apart from that, he continued, until now no party has applied for a permit in connection with these ASEAN-wide LGBT activities.
“And there was no notification about the event either,” he said.
