Cimahi – As a form of concern for the community, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto held a social service activity (Baksos) by distributing 300 basic food packages to the Asyifa Islamic Boarding School and community members in Pamoyanan, Cimahi City, West Java, Sunday, (21/1).
This activity was carried out as an effort to support the continuity of Islamic boarding school life and help ease the burden on residents. Basic food packages consisting of basic food items for daily needs were symbolically handed over to Islamic boarding school administrators by the Panglima TNI.
This social service activity received a warm welcome from the community and Islamic boarding school residents who felt helped by the basic food assistance. This social service activity is also part of the social awareness program regularly held by the TNI as a manifestation of TNI PRIMA, namely that the TNI will always be present in the midst of society to make a positive contribution to society.
“The TNI would like to thank all parties who have supported and participated in this social service activity. Hopefully this assistance can be a small step that will have a big impact on the welfare of the community,” said the Panglima TNI.
“TNI is also committed to continuing to support the community and educational institutions. We hope that holding this social service activity can provide real benefits for the daily lives of students and support the sustainability of educational activities in Islamic boarding schools.
