Jakarta – Of the 12 Kapolres within the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya, four Kapolres Metro are alumni of the 1997 Police Academy (Akpol). The four middle-ranking police officers are the Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur, and Kapolres Metro Tangerang City.
The four officers who graduated from the Wira Pratama Battalion are in charge of leading, fostering, supervising and controlling organizational units within the Polres as well as regional implementing elements within their ranks. This includes giving suggestions and considerations to the Kapolda regarding the implementation of their duties.
The following are the four Police Chiefs who graduated from the 1997 Police Academy in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya:
1. Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat
Kombes Pol Komarudin Komarudin is a middle-ranking police officer who graduated from the Police Academy in 1997. This man who was born on June 2, 1975 has experience in the field of traffic. He has carried out the mandate as Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat since April, 13 2022.
Before becoming Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Kombes Pol Komarudin once served as Kapolres Metro Tangerang City for 3 months. He has also served as Kapolres Serang City (2016), Wakapolresta Tangerang (2018), Kapolresta Pontianak (2019), and Middle Policy Analyst in the Law and Law Corps of the National Police (2020).
2. Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat
Kombes Pol M Syahduddi Syahduddi has been serving as Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat since February 2023. This 1997 Akpol graduate who has experience in detective work replaces Kombes Pol Pasma Royce.
He once held the position of Middle Policy Analyst for the Pamobvit Baharkam Polri. Other positions include the Kuningan Police Chief (2016-2017), the Sukabumi Police Chief (2017-2019), the Cirebon Police Chief (2019-2021), and the West Java Regional Police Dirpamobvit (2021-2022).
3. Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur
Kombes Pol Leonardus Harapantua Simarmata Permata Leonardus Simarmata is also a middle-ranking police officer who graduated from the Police Academy in 1997. In 2019, he earned a doctorate in Law in Brawijaya University (UB).
The man who was born on May 28, 1973 began his assignment at the Bhayangkara Corps after graduating from the Police Academy. At that time, he had served as Pamapta Polres Pinrang, Polda Sulsel (1998) and Kapolsek Lembang, Polres Pinrang, Polda Sulsel (1999).
His career has been increasingly successful with a number of strategic positions he has successfully held, including Kapolres Batu (2015), Kapolres Mojokerto (2017), Wakapolrestabes Surabaya (2017), Kapolresta Malang Kota (2019), to Middle Policy Analyst for the Bareskrim Polri Laboratory.
4. Kapolres Metro Tangerang City
Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho also graduated from the Police Academy in 1997 and is known to have a history of experience in criminal investigations. He was born on May 3, 1976.
He has held a number of positions during his service in the police. Starting from the chief of police to the chief of police in various places.
His name became widely known after arresting Charlie Mangapul Sianipar.
