Bengkulu – Head of Bakamla RI Laksdya TNI Dr. Irvansyah, who was accompanied by the Chair of the DWP Bakamla RI, Yuanita Irvansyah, attended the 2023 Bengkulu Province 55th Anniversary (HUT) commemoration ceremony. The celebration ceremony was held at the Bengkulu Governor’s Office Ceremony Field, Saturday, (18/11).
The ceremony commemorating the 55th anniversary of Bengkulu Province felt special for Laksdya TNI Dr. Ivansyah. The reason is, the Head of Bakamla RI is a native of Bengkulu who had a successful career in the TNI.
The celebration ceremony with the theme “Continue to Work for a Prosperous Bengkulu” was led by the Governor of Bengkulu Dr. H. Rohidin Mersyah.
In his message, the Governor of Bengkulu Dr. Rohidin Mersyah emphasized the need to increase synergy in the development of Bengkulu Province in various sectors, especially the public service sector.
“Good public service at all levels will become a tradition that must be implemented throughout Bengkulu Province,” said the Governor of Bengkulu.
At the end of his address, the Governor of Bengkulu also invited all his staff to support and make the General Election and Pilkada a success.
“We will guard this political year with a high spirit of maturity, respect each other’s choices, and together create a safe, peaceful and conducive democratic party,” said the Governor of Bengkulu, ending his message.
In this series of ceremonies, certificates were also awarded for the achievements obtained by employees and native sons and daughters of Bengkulu. Apart from that, a badge of honor from the President of the Republic of Indonesia was also given to Bengkulu Province employees for the achievements and loyalty of employees who have worked for more than 10 years and more than 20 years.
The award was marked by the presentation of a plaque and pinning of honor by the Governor of Bengkulu, Dr. Rohidin Mersyah who was accompanied by the Head of Bakamla RI Laksdya TNI Dr. Ivansyah.
On this occasion, the Head of Bakamla RI Laksdya TNI Dr. Irvansyah, who specifically wore traditional Bengkulu clothing, also conveyed his greetings to the 55th anniversary of Bengkulu Province in 2023.
