Jakarta – Polsek Johar Baru officers from the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat reportedly arrested a drug dealer as a result of a raid operation at the Johar Baru Flats, Friday, (15/12) yesterday. However, based on information from residents, Polsek Johar Baru officers also made a mistake during the operation.
“Yes, on Friday 15 December 2023 there was a raid by the Johar Baru Police. The police raided a resident’s house by mistake,” said a resident who declined to be named to journalists, Saturday, (16/12).
After making a wrong raid, the resident continued, the police were finally able to arrest a woman who was suspected of being a drug dealer.
The woman had tried to escape by trying from the fifth floor of the flat. But alas. The dealer was injured and lay helpless, unable to escape.
“During the second raid, the police succeeded in arresting one person suspected of being a dealer and three users. But the residents were annoyed because the police left the person who had jumped lying. The police were only busy looking for evidence of drugs,” he said again.
Polsek Johar Baru Kompol Ubaidillah, when this was confirmed, admitted that he did not know that the ranks carried out the raid operation. Including news of a female drug dealer who jumped from the 5th floor and was left lying around without being dealt with immediately.
