Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Frees Hoax Content Creators Police Trample Evidence of Imported Used Clothes

Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Auliansyah Lubis with Kabid Humas of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo during a press conference on the hoax case of provision for used clothing evidence at the Polda Metro Jaya Headquarters, Thursday, (6/3).

Jakarta – The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya released AM, a woman who created hoax content by the police, tracing evidence of imported used clothes. The hoax content was uploaded on the Twitter account @askrlfess.

According to the Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, AM was released because investigators did not find AM’s mensrea or malicious intent to spread the content.

“On AM investigators could not find her mensrea,” said Kombes Pol Ade Safri to the media crew, Tuesday, (1/8) yesterday.

“And the person concerned did not or did not transmit the content he created to social media. The ones who transmitted it were the suspects EW and IAS,” he continued.

He continued, AM has been released since the investigation process. The status of the suspect has also been suspended.

“AM was released during the fingerprinting process,” said Kombes Pol Ade Safri.

Contrary to AM, IAS and EW as suspects in spreading the hoax, they have now been handed over to the DKI Jakarta High Court. The case file also has complete or P-21 status.

For your information, AM previously uploaded photos of evidence of piles of used clothes and added hoax information to the WhatsApp status.

The hoax information read, “It’s really ridiculous to have aa, he said, you don’t have to buy Eid clothes. There are lots of confiscated items at the office, they’ll be taken home later. The risk of having aa work at Dirkrimsus is like this.”

The EW suspect then shared a screenshot of AM’s upload on his Twitter account. EW also asked for IAS’s help in spreading the content on the @askrlfess account.

IAS uses bots that automatically upload content that is widespread on the Twitter network.

“Added the words, ‘Imagine your stuff being confiscated and then giving it to people, even though it’s difficult for you to get the permit yourself, it’s complicated’. So here is one of those posts that is provocative,” said Brigadier General Pol Auliansyah Lubis while still serving as Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, last Thursday (6/4). Bembo
