Jakarta – The Directorate of Traffic (Ditlantas) Polda Metro Jaya will again hold raids Operation Patuh Jaya. Raids will be held on 10 – 23 July 2023.
Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Latif Usman confirmed the plan to hold this raid.
“Yes, it’s true that the operation will take place soon,” Latif Usman said to the media crew, last Saturday, (8/7).
“The goal of Obedient Operation is to create a situation of security, safety, order and smooth traffic,” he continued.
It is said, the officers in the field will not only enforce the law, but also regulate it in an educative way, as well as give warnings and appeals.
Therefore, he reminded the apparatus in charge of working in a humane manner so that there would be no complaints from the public.

These provisions are contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
Following are the 14 violations that the police are ready to ticket if proven guilty during the 2023 Patuh Jaya Operation raid:
1. Go against the grain
2. Driving under the influence of alcohol.
3. Using a cell phone while driving.
4. Do not use SNI helmets.
5. Driving without using a seat belt.
6. Exceeding the speed limit.
7. Driving underage, do not have a SIM.
8. More than one person riding a motorcycle.
9. Four or more wheeled vehicles that do not have road-worthy requirements.
10. Two-wheeled vehicles that are not equipped with standard equipment.
11. Two- or four-wheeled vehicles that are not equipped with a STNK.
12. Drivers of vehicles who violate road markings or shoulders.
13. Motorized vehicles that install rotators or sirens that are not designated (especially black plates).
14. Control of vehicles using secret or service plates (RFS/RFP). Bembo
