Jakarta – Polda Metro Jaya and the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) have different views regarding the alleged case of leaking KPK documents.
Therefore, Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Karyoto also took the time to meet with the Chairman of the KPK Board of Trustees, Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean, to discuss this difference.
“Yesterday I had a chance to meet with the Chairman of the Dewas. We just had discussions. I said our findings were like this Sir’, Dewas said ‘our findings are like this’. We cannot force it, because it is voluntary there. We have techniques to look for documents,” explained Kapolda Karyoto to the media crew, Tuesday, (20/6) yesterday.
“The name of the document, whose name is related to evidence, we match it with the case, yes,” he continued.
Meanwhile, the KPK Board of Trustees, Kapolda Karyoto continued, focused more on the issue of the code of ethics. Either proper or inappropriate.
“What Dewas is doing with us is very different. Because there is a code of ethics, yes, it is appropriate or inappropriate. But in essence it should be the same,” said Kapolda Karyoto. Bembo
