But don’t take it for granted. Only with this number, Inspector General Pol Karyoto as a leader will be of more significance because he is trying his best to accommodate and assist complaints from people whose case processes have stalled or are in suspended animation at Polda Metro.
“I feel sorry for the people who feel disturbed by the unfinished handling of their cases. Or maybe they feel that some of our members lack communication or are not communicative so that they are seen as difficult or taking too long,” said Kapolda Karyoto to the media crew.
He also said that people who want to complain now only need to provide their identity. Then explained about the complaint he faced to the WhatsApp hotline complaint number.
“What is important is that what is reported is also clear. For example, as a reporter, the LP number is so many times, so many dates, so many dates at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation,” explained Kapolda Karyoto.

Kapolda Karyoto guarantees that he will read all complaints submitted by the public to be followed up immediately. Including if there is a violation committed by the member who handles the report.
