Jakarta – Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Wira Satya Triputra revealed the mode of Tamara Tyasmara’s lover, Yudha Arfandi (YA) before drowning Raden Adante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante.
Based on CCTV footage at the location, said Kombes Pol Wira, the suspect first looked right and left before drowning Dante in the Tirtamas Water Park pool, Pondok Kelapa, Jakarta Timur on Saturday, (27/1).
“The modus operandi used was based on the results of investigations and investigations, namely that the suspect looked to the right and left to ensure that no one was watching. Then he immersed the victim in the pool 12 times,” said Kombes Pol Wira during a press conference at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday, (12/2).
Meanwhile, the duration of Yudha’s drowning of Dante is known to vary. Starting from 14 seconds, 24 seconds, 4 seconds, 2 seconds, 26 seconds, 4 seconds, 21 seconds, 7 seconds, 17 seconds, 8 seconds and 26 seconds.
“Meanwhile the last one was 54 seconds,” explained Kombes Pol Wira.
He also said, that in the CCTV footage, Dante was seen trying to swim to the edge of the pool to save himself. However, the suspect made suspicious movements.
“So that the victim cannot reach the edge of the pool,” explained Kombes Pol Wira.
The suspect YA is currently being detained at the Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center and charged with multiple crimes. He is subject to Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code concerning Murder.
