Jakarta – In order to improve the quality of service to the community, Polda Metro Jaya is renovating the integrated police service center (SPKT). Renovation efforts were carried out to create a comfortable, safe and friendly atmosphere for the people who come to SPKT.
“So that people are comfortable reporting or taking care of various needs,” said the Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a written statement received by topikonline.co.id, Tuesday, (30/1) yesterday.
Kombes Pol Ade Ary explained, that the SPKT room now has more complete and modern facilities such as an electronic queuing system, air-conditioned waiting room, lactation room for breastfeeding mothers, legal consultation room and information room.
Apart from that, SPKT also provides a special integrated complaint space for the public who wish to submit complaints or suggestions regarding the performance of Polda Metro Jaya personnel.
“The complaint was directly supervised by Itwasda and Propam personnel who were in charge of the complaints service section,” Kombes Pol Ade Ary said.
“With this integrated complaint space, it is hoped that the public will be able to convey their aspirations more easily and comfortably, as well as increase accountability and transparency in the performance of Polda Metro Jaya personnel,” he added.
Apart from that, said Kombes Pol Ade Ary, the SPKT renovation is also a form of commitment and passion of the Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Karyoto, to provide maximum service to the community.
“Polda Metro Jaya expresses its gratitude for the trust and support of the community, and invites the community to work together to maintain Security and Order in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya,” said Kombes Pol Ade Ary.
Yesterday, the Wakapolda Metro Jaya, Brigjen Pol Suyudi Ario Seto, checked the renovation of the SPKT together with a number of Main Officials (PJU) of Polda Metro Jaya.
For your information, SPKT’s function is to provide police services to the community, both in the form of receiving and first handling reports or complaints, assistance services or police assistance along with related functions, visiting crime scenes to carry out security activities and processing crime scenes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
SPKT can also serve Police Reports (LP), Police Report Receipt Letters (STTPLP), Notification Letters on Investigation Result Progress (SP2HP), Loss Report Certificate Letters (SKTLK), Police Record Certificates (SKCK), Notification Receipt Letters ( STTP), Self Reporting Certificate (SKLD), Crowd Permit, Recommendation Letter for Observation Services Business Permit, loss of Driving License (SIM) and Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK).
