Jakarta – The Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of Polda Metro Jaya firmly rejected the request of the attorney for the pornographic film suspect, Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee, to postpone the investigation. The reason for the request to postpone until the pretrial decision is submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (PN) is considered unreasonable.
“There has been no change in the examination of the suspect Siskaeee. “It remains on the agenda according to the examination schedule stated in the summons to the suspect that has been sent by investigators,” said the Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simannjuntak, Friday, (19/1).
“The reason for the request to postpone the examination is also unreasonable. It is beyond the logic of the ongoing legal process,” he added.
As is known, Polda Metro Jaya investigators have sent summons for the two investigations which are scheduled to take place today.
The second summons was made because Siskaeee was determined to be absent from the first summons on Monday, (15/1).
Furthermore, Kombes Pol Ade also said that his party was still patiently waiting for Siskaeee’s arrival today.
“We are waiting for the presence of the person concerned today. “We will update the follow-up steps that will be taken by investigators,” he stressed.
Previously, Siskaeee’s attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting, had submitted a request to have his client’s examination postponed until a pretrial decision was issued which was submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (PN).
“In our opinion, the investigation process at Polda Metro Jaya can be postponed until there is legal certainty that this pretrial is concluded,” he said yesterday.
As previously reported, this woman who claimed to have slept with 216 men preferred to seek prestige by filing a pretrial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. He felt that he did not accept being named as a suspect in the case of producing the pornographic film ‘Kramat Tunggak’.
In fact, it wasn’t just Siskaeee who was named a suspect by Polda Metro Jaya investigators. But there are 11 people, including Siskaeee, who are suspects. The 11 suspects consisted of nine female actors and two male actors.
Previously, investigators had also named five suspects involved in making pornographic films, including the director, cameraman and film editor.
The suspects were charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. They are threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 10 years and/or a fine of up to Rp5 billion. Bembo
