Jakarta – The Samapta Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya held a closing ceremony for the 1st Batch 2024 Youth Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Samapta Function Improvement Training at the Polda Metro Jaya Precision Field, Tuesday, (16/1). The roll call started with the symbolic marching of the teenage NCO by the Director of Samapta Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ahmad Zaenudin.
Up to this point, the implementation of the roll call was still the same as in previous years. However, after that, the packaging for the new offerings was not the same as before. Truly made extra ordinary.
This extra ordinary appearance appeared during a demonstration session of three types of movements, namely, 12 traffic movements, Polri self-defense and Merpati Putih self-defense which were carried out simultaneously and compactly by hundreds of young NCO. Unlike previous events, where demonstrations of this type of movement were never carried out simultaneously.
Apart from the simultaneous demonstration of 12 traffic movements, the Polri and Merpati Putih’s self-defense, this rally also featured the professional actions of teenage NCO carrying out mass control formations (dalmas) for demonstrations, and a show force of sniffer dogs from the K-9 Animal Unit.
Dirsamapta Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ahmad Zaenudin said, this year’s apple event was deliberately made anomalous and extra ordinary. This effort is intended to maintain the motivation, cohesion and work ethic of the teenage NCO so that they can always be at the best level.
“Samapta personnel must have a lot of expertise, starting from preventive efforts, social security, traffic and self-defense so that they can be better and more professional in their duties,” said Kombes Pol Ahmad Zaenudin.
“They have to be better. They can be a barometer because Polda Metro has always been a model for other Polda,” he added.
Furthermore, Kombes Pol Ahmad Zaenudin also expressed his thanks to the instructors, both internal and from Merpati Putih, and also the committee who had worked hard to plan and package this event as best as possible.
For your information, earlier this year Polda Metro Jaya received an additional 639 young NCO. The 639 young NCO consisted of 612 male police officers (Polki) and 27 female police officers (Polwan). Bembo
