Jakarta – Investigation officers from the Tambora Police, West Jakarta, managed to stop a truck carrying 18 stolen motorcycles on the Tangerang Toll Road. All the motorbikes in the truck will be brought to Lampung to be sold.
“The results of disclosure and development carried out by investigators from the Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit resulted in the shipment of stolen motorbikes to Lampung should be appreciated. The motorbikes that we have secured are planned to be taken to Lampung to be resold,” said Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kombes Pol M Syahduddi during a press conference at his office, last Monday, (31/7).
He explained that this plan caught on after the Tambora Police arrested a dealer who admitted that the stolen motorbikes would be brought to Lampung to be sold.
“We did the development and succeeded in capturing the intermediary who is also the big boss of this syndicate on behalf of U if i’m not mistaken. So he also said that this vehicle was planned to be brought to Lampung and sold there,” said Kombes Pol Syahduddi.
“Because there is a market. Investigators are also developing this related to the existing network in the Lampung region,” he continued. Bembo
