Tangsel – Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Karyoto attended the Tabligh Akbar event “Tangsel Bersholawat” in the context of cooling the 2024 Presidential Election and Legislative Election system at the South Tangerang Police Courtyard, Monday, (31/7) yesterday evening.
In his remarks, the Kapolda Karyoto thanked the Mayor of South Tangerang City for his achievements in realizing the solidity of the security forces in the South Tangerang area. Government officials, TNI-Polri and leaders always work together to build and create a safe and orderly regional situation.
“Please rest assured that if this situation is our shared responsibility. We are not only the Police or the TNI or maybe other apparatus, but our responsibility together. And just imagine, if everyone wants to practice their religion, I’m sure there won’t be any crime,” said the two-star General who is under the auspices of the Libra zodiac.
He said again, 2024 is a crucial time because it is entering the election preparation period to choose who will be the next leader in this Republic. Everyone has the same right to vote, there is no difference.
“Whether it is a professor or an ordinary worker remains one value. Therefore, I appeal to all of you to use this right to vote properly and well. Avoid all forms of resistance that lead to divisions,” Kapolda Karyoto said.
Furthermore, the Kapolda Karyoto also expressed his hope that all parties would support the clean, honest and fair 2024 Election. He also hoped that all parties would maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Do not be vulnerable to being provoked by provocative social media.
