Jakarta – The victim of business investment fraud Alexander Foe really appreciates the hard work of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya who succeeded in arresting the suspect on the wanted list (DPO), RG, on the run.
RG is a suspect and convict in a criminal case of fraud and/or embezzlement and/or TPPU. RG was arrested by the Sub-Directorate for Fismondev Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya in Grogol, Petamburan, West Jakarta, last Friday, (28/7).
RG is being hunted based on Police Report No LP/1102/III/2018/PMJ/Ditreskrimsus dated March 1 2018 filed by Alexander Foe as a victim.
According to the legal process, RG has actually been found guilty of the fraud he committed. The verdict was made at the South Jakarta District Court on November 11 2019. Unfortunately, before being sent to prison, RG managed to escape abroad and became a fugitive on the DPO for three years.
In his press release, Monday, (31/7) yesterday, Alexander Foe, who is a victim of RG fraud and who is also a reporter for the RG case to Polda Metro Jaya, said he was relieved that his report on the RG case could be completed after so many years of stagnation.
“I am really grateful to the complaint hotline program that was created by Mr. Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Karyoto. Because thanks to this program, my long-standing report was able to get attention again and was quickly responded to. And finally it resulted in the arrest of RG, the master fraudster using the business school mode. by the Ditreskrimsus, he admitted.
“So everyone knows, in his actions RG always seduces his students to invest in setting up a joint business with promises of big profits under the guise of ‘social entrepreneurship’, nationalist and spiritual ideology,” he continued.
To recruit victims, said Alexander, RG created a program called Business Talk. This program is carried out every week in two locations, namely Jakarta and Bandung.
RG, who said Alexander claimed to be a graduate of Harvard, also founded a business school called Garuda Kirana Mahardika International Business School (GKMIBS).
Members who wish to enter the school are required to provide funding for joint venture capital.
Even RG also tempts its students for huge profits shielded by nationalist ideology, spirituality and the spirit of ‘social entrepreneurship’.
The crime committed by RG was fairly neat and it was suspected that a notary and a bank were involved in the planning. And that makes the crime fall into the gray area of commercial and corporate law so that it is difficult to investigate when it is reported.
“He’s really a great conman. The Business Talk Program he created is held consistently in Bandung and Jakarta every week. It’s a forum where people can come to ask questions about business matters. That’s where RG recruits his students who will later become victims of crime programs. fraud,” explained Alexander Foe.
“My hope is that this case that happened to me, with the help of Polda Metro Jaya, will soon find a bright way to reveal the figure of this RG white-collar suspect. This is to account for the losses I have experienced as one of the victims,” he continued. Bembo
