Jakarta – A total of 3,095 joint personnel will be dispatched by Polda Metro Jaya to secure the BRI League 1 ‘traditional’ match between Persija vs Persebaya at the Bung Karno Main Stadium (GBK). The match is scheduled to take place on Sunday, (30/7) at 19.00 WIB.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko explained, the joint personnel deployed consisted of 2,685 Polri members, 244 TNI members, 166 DKI Jakarta Regional Government personnel and 636 stewards.
These joint personnel will be deployed at several points of arrival of Persija supporters around SU GBK.
“We will also prepare situational traffic engineering in the field,” said Kombes Pol Trunoyudo in a written statement, Saturday, (29/7).
Furthermore, he continued, Polda Metro Jaya would also prepare socialization and pre-emptive steps for each supporter coordinator from Persija Jakarta and Persebaya Surabaya.
He also appealed to the fans of the visiting team, Bajul Ijo, Persebaya supporters, to choose to watch the game Persija Jakarta vs Persebaya Surabaya in their own area.
