The story begins when the Helmsman of RHIB 87-07, Sertu Bakamla Satriyo Wibisono, and his team received a report of the disappearance of a resident named Andi Rusli, 20 years old, who lived in the Muara Baru Flats, Penjaringan District, on Sunday, (14/1), at 15:00 WIB.

Based on the report, it is known that the victim was a resident who wanted to go fishing with a friend, Evan (18), who was also a witness to the incident. However, Andi, who has a history of epilepsy, was not allowed to join. However, Andi still followed. However, when he arrived at the end of the breakwater embankment at around 15.00 WIB, Andi’s illness suddenly recurred. Evan tried to help, but the victim fell into the sea water and disappeared.

After receiving the report, the joint SAR Team immediately carried out a land and sea visual search using 1 LCR boat (Basarnas), 1 RIB boat (Bakamla), and Gancu until 21.00 WIB.
