Jakarta – Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Agus Subiyanto led the handover ceremony (sertijab) of Commander of the Presidential Security Forces (Danpaspampres) from TNI Mayjen TNI Rafael Granada Baay to Mayjen TNI Achiruddin in the silent room of Cilangkap TNI Headquarters, Tuesday, (19/12).
The handover of this position is stated in the order of the Panglima TNI Number Sprin 2443/XI/2023 dated 29 November 2023 concerning dismissal from and appointment to positions within the Indonesian National Army.
Mayjen TNI Achiruddin, a 1997 graduate of the Military Academy, previously served as Deputy Danjen Kopassus. And he is also not new to the Paspampres environment. Previously, he served as Commander of Group A Paspampres in 2019-2021.
Meanwhile, Mayjen TNI Rafael Granada Baay will next take up a new position as Pangdam V/Brawijaya in Surabaya. The handover ceremony was marked by the handing over of Pataka, signing of the position handover document and integrity Pact.
