Jakarta – Polsek Johar Baru officers from the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat provided maximum service when securing the execution process of a 322 m2 house in the Kramat Sentiong area, Jakarta Pusat, Monday, (18/12). The entire execution process runs smoothly and safely without any obstacles.
The house executed by the Jakarta Pusat District Court bailiff is located at Jalan Kramat Sentiong Number 236 RT 012 RW 10, Tanahtinggi, Johar Baru, Jakarta Pusat. The execution was carried out based on the rulings of the Jakarta Pusat District Court, the DKI Jakarta High Court and the Supreme Court which had unanimously ruled in favor of Suparman as the case applicant.

From field monitoring results, the execution process took place without much drama. With tight security from the Polsek Johar Baru, the respondent H Ade Kusmaya et al, who lost in court, could only cry when they were forced to leave the house. There was also no resistance when their belongings were removed from the house.
Based on the information obtained, the legal process up to this execution occurred because of personal debts which were unable to be repaid. This problem was then taken by Suparman as the creditor or debt provider to the realm of civil law to find a solution. And finally he can get it by executing the house belonging to the debtor or debt recipient.
Wakapolsek Johar Baru, AKP Sarjana, when met in the field, said that his party was very grateful that the execution process went safely and smoothly. His party also intensively took a humanist approach to the families of those executed so that they could accept the reality.
“Initially there was strong opposition from the party being executed. Moreover, the house being executed was the residence of the Head of RT 012,” said Wakapolsek Sarjana.
“There was also a threat from them that they would slash anyone who wanted to enter the house. But we prevented it and took an approach that could calm their hearts. We also involved Polwan to calm their hearts before being executed. And Alhamdulillah, the execution process was able to run safely and smoothly,” he continued emphasizing. Bembo
