Jakarta – Polsek Johar Baru Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, arrested 4 people suspected of abusing methamphetamine on Friday, (15/12) at around 20.30 WIB.
This arrest began with a report from the public (dumas) who said that their area was often used as a place for drug transactions.
Based on the Dumas report, the Polsek Johar Baru Narcotics Unit, led by the Panit Narcotics, Aiptu Sonny Adi Satriyono, immediately carried out observations at the Baladewa Flats (Rusun) Block 2, 5th floor No. 520 RT 004/014, Tanah Tinggi, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta.
“We Polsek Johar Baru immediately moved quickly to the location to prove the report,” said Kapolsek Johar Baru, Kompol Ubaidillah to reporters, Saturday, (16/12) yesterday.
After carrying out an investigation, continued Kapolsek Ubaidillah, the Polsek Johar Baru Narcotics Unit was finally able to arrest four people, one of whom was suspected of being a dealer. The four suspects are RA, RH, S and the dealer who also has the initials S alias Enyok.
It is known that S alias Enyok was a woman who tried to escape by jumping from the window of the house on the 5th floor when she was about to be arrested. But unfortunately he landed imperfectly on the 2nd floor and lay helpless before being secured.
In this arrest, the Polsek Johar Baru also showed their human side by bringing Enyok to
Johar Baru Regional General Hospital (RSUD) to receive help and treatment.
In a release given by the Polsek Johar Baru, Enyok
apologized and thanked the Polsek Johar Baru for taking him to hospital.
“Previously, I want to apologize because I wanted to run away. I also want to thank the police because even though I was wrong and wanted to run away, I was still taken to the hospital. Before the police came, I had already jumped and in the end I fell. to the second floor,” said Enyok in his apology.
From Enyok’s hands, the police obtained evidence of two plastic clips containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine. Meanwhile, during a search of his house, evidence was obtained of six plastic clips containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine, one pack of empty plastic clips and one digital scale.
Kapolsek Johar Baru, Kompol Ubaidillah further explained the role of each suspect. The suspect with the initials RA was a courier to deliver methamphetamine narcotics belonging to S alias Enyok to the buyer RH. Meanwhile, the suspect with the initials S is the owner of the house who allowed his place to be used by perpetrator S alias Enyok to search for methamphetamine in exchange for being given methamphetamine to use.
“The perpetrator RH was S’s friend who at that time was using crystal methamphetamine at that place,” said the former Kapolsek Kembangan.
The four suspects are currently languishing in the Polsek Johar Baru detention room. Meanwhile, the evidence that was secured consisted of eight plastic clips containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine, one empty plastic clip along with a digital scale and one black Oppo brand cell phone.
The suspects were charged with narcotics abuse as intended in Article 114 paragraph (1) Sub Article 112 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
Concluding his statement in the release of this case, Kapolsek Ubaidillah firmly invited all elements of society, especially Johar Baru residents, to make the Johar Baru area a zero drug and zero brawl area.
